Approach

How an engagement runs.

The same four-stage process governs every contract, regardless of system type or scale.

01

Requirements & Specification

We work from the end user's technical requirements to define scope, model numbers, and manufacturer origin, captured in a detailed goods and pricing appendix before any contract is signed.

02

Sourcing & Procurement

Equipment is sourced from manufacturers and their authorized distribution channels, brand-new, current-year production, with certificates of origin and quality obtained from the manufacturer or an accredited chamber of commerce.

03

Inspection & Documentation

Goods are tested and inspected against specification and quantity before dispatch. Where the contract requires it, inspection reports are issued to the buyer ahead of shipment, under the Incoterms 2020 term agreed for that contract.

04

Delivery, Installation & Support

Freight-prepaid delivery to destination, followed by a warranty period covering parts replacement and on-site technical response within committed timeframes.

FAQ

Common questions.

What delivery terms do you work under?

Delivery terms are set per contract under Incoterms 2020. System contracts are typically delivered CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To), where Allstar Systems arranges and pays for carriage and insurance to the named destination; spare parts supply is more often handled FCA. Lead times run from roughly 16 weeks for parts supply to around 40 weeks for integrated systems.

What warranty coverage is included?

Hardware on system contracts carries a 24-month free-of-charge warranty from final acceptance, with a technical support window extending to 60 months, of which the first 24 months are backed by the manufacturer. Spare parts supply typically carries 12 months from commissioning. Software licensing terms are specified separately per system, including perpetual and subscription-based models where applicable.

Can shipments be split across multiple deliveries?

Yes. Partial shipment and transshipment are accepted under our standard contract terms, and third-party shipping documents are accepted where required for logistics coordination.

Do you handle customs and freight documentation?

Yes. Every shipment includes a full documentation package commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill, certificate of origin, and certificate of quality prepared and issued ahead of dispatch.

Is project information kept confidential?

Yes. Our contracts include mutual confidentiality provisions, and we do not publish client names, project details, or contract terms. Reference information is provided only with the written consent of the parties concerned.
